Sharing is the spirit of Thanksgiving, and that means making delicious dishes everyone can enjoy. Luckily, it’s never been easier to prepare gluten-free recipes for every course of your feast– with hearty fall flavors in the spotlight, these favorites are sure to please everyone at the table.
Grilled Figs with Prosciutto and Gorgonzola This easy-to-assemble starter features salty prosciutto, assertive gorgonzola cheese and fresh figs, with a drizzle of tart-sweet balsamic vinegar. |
Endive Salad with Persimmon and Pomegranate Two colorful fall fruits create a beautiful presentation for this salad, which is balanced by pleasantly bitter endive leaves. |
Curried Butternut Squash Soup Roasting intensifies the flavors of squash, apples and leeks, giving this soup a rich character that is highlighted by Japanese curry. |
Herb-Butter Roast Turkey Happily, the star of the Thanksgiving meal is naturally free of gluten. This turkey gets a double dose of flavor: first it’s soaked in a seasoned saltwater brine, then the bird is brushed with an herb butter as it roasts. |
Gluten-Free Spoon Bread with Guanciale This hearty side is made with Blackberry Farm’s Gluten-Free Cornbread Mix. Michael Sullivan, the butcher at farm, adds guanciale, an unsmoked Italian bacon made from the pig’s jowl, to the batter before baking, although thick-cut bacon is a great stand-in. |
Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Sherry-Dijon Vinaigrette This dish offers a wonderful contrast of flavors: sweet caramelized brussels sprouts, tart green apples and salty bacon, all tossed with a tangy vinaigrette. |
Cranberry Compote with Riesling and Pears This delicious twist on cranberry relish includes fresh pears, Riesling and warm spices. It is more tart than sweet, though you can use a sweeter Riesling or add more brown sugar if you like. |
Pumpkin Crème Brûlée Forget the pie — this autumnal dessert is rich and creamy, with warm spices and plenty of pumpkin flavor. |

Thank you for elevating gluten free holiday meals to the standards that we all strive for.
Great recipes beautifully presented.
We can always depend on William Sonoma to maintain quality and substance.
Great recipes, I have used Williams Sonoma cookbooks and love the Thanksgiving one. Unfortunately last year it washed away in Hurricane Sandy. I love that these are online and cannot be swept away.
Creme Brulee is such an amazing choice over pie.
Thank you for posting.
