But it’s the ribs that steal the show, whether the original dry-rub kind seasoned with Cajun spices at Rendezvous restaurant or the ones basted with sauce on the Cozy Corner menu. We sampled them all with the Voltaggio brothers on Williams-Sonoma’s Fire Smoke & Flavor tour, and it’s impossible to choose favorites.
