Celebrate the second harvest of this spiky seasonal vegetable – the artichoke. In this weekend’s in-store classes, we will teach you how to prep artichokes for both cooking whole as well as using the rich artichoke heart.

 

  • These hour-long classes are FREE and include tastings of prepared dishes.

    Love your technique classes. As a novice/new cook on a tight budget, they have been elightening, informative & entertaining! William Sonoma at Village of Rochester Hills class intructors are top notch. This week with Nick M. was artichokes -which I have always been afraid to cook. I feel inspired and ready to try. Thanks Nick for sharing these wonderful recipes! He also demonstrated the new Phillips pasta maker. Absolutely delicious!
