Love your technique classes. As a novice/new cook on a tight budget, they have been elightening, informative & entertaining! William Sonoma at Village of Rochester Hills class intructors are top notch. This week with Nick M. was artichokes -which I have always been afraid to cook. I feel inspired and ready to try.
