      Amy: Timing this year is cruel, isn’t it? If you’ve got a hankering for bread and melted cheese, we’d take a page from this book and put two “matzo pizzas” together for a kosher for Passover version of the margherita pizza grilled cheese pictured above. Hope this helps—Happy Passover!
