Introducing the Vitamix S30 Personal Blender

Have you seen our new Vitamix? This innovative blender is as powerful as ever, but it’s sized for small batches and priced under $400. Plus, you can take it on the go! The machine includes a double-walled travel cup with a flip-top lid, which is great for smoothies and other cold drinks.

 

Count on this efficient blender for everything from whipping up individual portions of smoothies to blending small batches of soups, sauces and dressings. It’s great for chopping herbs and veggies, too! Here’s how you can make a smoothie to go with the Vitamix S30:

 

Add IngredientsAdd Ingredients
Fill the 20-ounce carafe with ingredients and twist on the blade attachment.
Flip to BlendFlip to Blend
Place the blade attachment on the Vitamix base and blend until smooth.
Grab & GoGrab & Go
Replace blade assembly with flip-top lid and take it to go!

Recipes

 

Try these delicious new recipes, developed specially for the Vitamix S30.

 

A Hint of Mint Green Smoothie

 

1/2 cup water

3/4 cup green grapes

2 cups loosely packed fresh spinach leaves

6 fresh mint leaves

2 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks

1 to 1 ¼ cups ice cubes

 

In the smoothie cup of a Vitamix S30 Personal Blender, place the ingredients in the order listed. Screw the blade base onto the smoothie cup and invert onto the base of the blender.  Blend on low 10 seconds, then gradually increase to highest setting until pureed and smooth, about 1 minute. Makes 2 1/3 cups. (Recipe adapted from Vitamix.)

 

Individual Pineapple Mango Smoothie

 

¾ cup (3.5 oz.) frozen mango chunks

¾ cup (4.5 oz.) frozen pineapple chunks

1 ¼ cup fresh orange juice

½ Tbs. antioxidant smoothie mixer (optional)

 

In the smoothie cup of a Vitamix S30 Personal Blender, place the ingredients in the order listed. Screw the blade base onto the smoothie cup and invert onto the base of the blender.  Blend on low 10 seconds, then gradually increase to highest setting until pureed and smooth, about 1 minute. Makes about 2 cups.

 

Individual Tropical Berry Smoothie

 

½ cup (3 oz.) frozen strawberries

½ cup (2 oz.) frozen raspberries

½ cup (2.5 oz.) frozen mango chunks

1 cup fresh orange juice

½ Tbs. honey (optional)

½ Tbs. antioxidant smoothie mixer (optional)

 

In the smoothie cup of a Vitamix S30 Personal Blender, place the ingredients in the order listed. Screw the blade base onto the smoothie cup and invert onto the base of the blender.  Blend on low 10 seconds, then gradually increase to highest setting until pureed and smooth, about 1 minute. Makes about 2 cups.

    I am wondering the same thing… if I throw carrots and other hard veggies in the S30 will it blend successfully?
