This past year, the Williams-Sonoma team has been fortunate to work with Chefs Bryan and Michael Voltaggio. The brothers created some amazing recipes, interesting and informative videos and invited us into their homes to show us what they prepare for their families. We even toured the country with them to discover great American barbecue.
Working so closely with Bryan and Michael, we know firsthand how talented they are, so we’re very excited that these incredible chefs are coming out with their first cookbook.
In Volt ink., Bryan and Michael will showcase recipes that incorporate the modern culinary techniques they’re known for — but rest assured, the recipes will be accessible to the home cook. We’ll also get a glimpse of their lives growing up and hear tales from their professional kitchens.
Look for it to hit book shelves this fall.
