The final stop on our Fire Smoke & Flavor tour was Goldsboro, North Carolina, home to roadside joint Wilber’s Barbecue. The restaurant is famous for pit-smoking whole succulent pigs doused in peppery vinegar — but remember to save room for the banana pudding. Chefs Michael and Bryan Voltaggio did!
