Win Our Viva Margarita Giveaway!

Summer’s just around the corner! To help you get ready, we’re giving away everything you need to make refreshing, icy-cold margaritas for a crowd — an ultra-powerful blender, flavorful mixes and salts, and durable glasses for serving. All you have to add is tequila.

One lucky winner will take our Viva Margarita grand prize, including:

  • Waring 75th Anniversary Blender: This redesigned classic achieves the most thorough blending ever, thanks to a powerful vortex motion. Its efficient 1500-watt motor and stainless-steel blades are perfect for crushing ice and making frozen cocktails and smoothies.
  • Margarita Mix Caddy: Our top-shelf mixers make a knockout margarita. This sampler caddy includes a trio of mixers — Key Lime, Mango-Passion Fruit and Strawberry — all handcrafted in small batches for fresh flavor.
  • Margarita Salts: Tangy margarita salts add the finishing touch. Run a lime wedge along the rim of your glass, dip the moistened rim in the salt and let the fiesta begin! Our flavors include Classic, Lime and Chili Lime.
  • DuraClear Margarita Glasses: Because they won’t crack or break, these stemmed glasses are perfect for poolside parties, picnics and barbecues.

Five runners-up will receive a Margarita Mix Caddy. To enter, just leave a comment on this post by Friday, May 31 at 6 p.m. (PT) telling us your favorite summer cocktail. We’ll pick a winner at random. Want to know if you’re the lucky winner? We’ll email our prize winner on Monday, 6/3, so be sure to check your inbox. Let the fiesta begin!

Have it delivered!'” It’s one of my very favorite places to explore, and my WS apron is one of my favorite cooking tools.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE an original (lime) frozen margarita while my husband likes them on the rocks. I am interested in trying some new recipes though after having a Jalapeno Margarita (tequila was infused with a fresh jalapeno) at Hoffbrau House in Granbury Texas where my granddaugher had been playing softball. There is absolutely NOTHING better after a hot summer day in Texas! If I win I would definately plan a party to show it off with friends and family.

Bob’s favorite summer drink…a vodka lime gimlet with fresh mint…incredibly delicious
    on a hot summer night!

    Here’s the recipe for 4…
Put 4 martini glasses in the freezer and chill down for 15 minutes.
Fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Pour in 8 jiggers of good quality vodka,
4 jiggers of freshly squeezed lime juice, 4 jiggers of simple syrup (4 teaspoons of granulated sugar dissolved in 4 jiggers of boiling water), the leaves of of 4 stems of fresh mint) Put metal lid tightly on cocktail shaker and shake hard for one minute. Remove cover and pour equal quantities in each ice cold glass with the now crushed ice. Delicious with house roasted almonds to nibble on, and fun to share a truly special summer beverage with good friends.

    Frozen Margerita!
I had my first on a business trip to Dallas 15 years ago. I was treatet to one by a coleague one evening after work and I fell in love with Margeritas. Since then it is my absolute favoutite drink! In a shop in California i saw a Margerita blender for the first time but I only have the possibility to buy some Margerita salt, I still have the box left even though the salt was used up years ago. You would make me the luckiest women on earth if I won this set.
