Hi! Thanks a lot for the ideas! Once my friend told me this recipe: beat the egg with a fork, add a little salt, add ground pepper to taste, cut the bread into not thick slices, dip them in the egg mixture for 10 seconds to soak, pour a little oil into the pan and fry the soaked slices. I also sprinkled them with grated cheese after I put them on a plate.
