Tomorrow, Williams-Sonoma founder Chuck Williams turns 100, and we’re celebrating all weekend long! At this Saturday and Sunday’s free in-store classes, we’ll be making some of his most iconic recipes with both kids and adults alike.
On Saturday, October 3 at 10 a.m., we’ll demonstrate Chuck Williams’ best recipes for kids. Children aged 8-13 will learn how to make recipes like butter lettuce salad, juicy roast chicken, and chocolate mousse for dessert — all recipes they’ll look forward to re-creating at home.
On Sunday, October 4, our adult technique class will show you how to prepare some of Chuck Williams’ classic, well-known recipes. On the menu: Blacksmith salad (a traditional salad from Modena, Italy), a succulent roast chicken, a traditional potato gratin, spinach risotto, and chocolate mousse.
A few things to note:
- These hour-long classes are FREE and include tastings of prepared dishes.
- Participants enjoy 10% savings on select same-day purchases.
- Available in all stores; class times vary by store location.
- Class sizes are limited so call your local store to register.
