At this weekend’s Williams-Sonoma free cooking classes, we’ll be getting a head start on all things holiday, with an educational turkey-making class for adults and an overview of cooking decorating for the kids.
Join us on Sunday, November 8, and you’ll feel confident serving a bird to brag about come the fourth Thursday of this month. We’ll cover all the basics, from selecting the turkey to enhancing its flavor with brining and other techniques, as well as roasting the bird to tender, juicy perfection.
At this weekend’s Junior Chef class, held on Saturday, November 7 at 10 a.m., we’ll show your kids how baking and decorating cookies is truly a holiday activity for the entire family. Junior chefs ages 5-13 will learn tips and tricks for making and decorating craveworthy holiday cookies — and have a chance to taste them, too.
