This weekend’s Williams-Sonoma free cooking classes will teach you new ways to put your Vitamix blender and KitchenAid mixer to work. We’ve also partnered with Share Our Strength to offer a cookie decorating class, too.
On Sunday, September 13, our adult technique class will tackle two of the biggest appliances in the kitchen: the Vitamix blender and the KitchenAid mixer. Join us and learn how to make everything from warming soups in the Vitamix to savory quick breads in the stand mixer — just in time for fall.
On Saturday, September 12 at 10 a.m., we’ll be offering a special in-store cookie-decorating class for kids in partnership with Share Our Strength. Kids aged 5-13 will have a hands-on opportunity to bake and decorate various cookies, then enjoy their delicious creations. Classes are $5 per child, and all proceeds will be donated to Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign to end childhood hunger.
A few things to note:
- These hour-long classes are FREE and include tastings of prepared dishes.
- Participants enjoy 10% savings on select same-day purchases.
- Available in all stores; class times vary by store location.
- Class sizes are limited so call your local store to register.
