At this weekend’s Williams-Sonoma classes, get excited for autumn in all its glory. We’ll be talking about the many ways to enjoy cooking with pumpkin in both sweet and savory applications, so be sure to check out our free cooking classes for both kids and adults alike.
On Saturday, October 10 at 10 a.m., we’ll show kids why pumpkins aren’t just for carving jack-o’-lanterns! They’ll learn that many varieties, from Sugar Pie to Baby Bear pumpkins, are also wonderful for eating. In this class, children ages 8-13 will have a blast making waffles, cupcakes, and other tasty pumpkin treats.
On Sunday, October 11, our adult technique class will demonstrate the best of savory cooking with pumpkin.
