Tonight, Thursday, October 6 at 7 p.m., we’ll be teaching Sous Vide Basics. Sous vide cooking is so much easier than its fancy French name implies: the technique, which means “under vacuum,” is a tried-and-true process for cooking food at just the right temperature. Join us as we prepare some of our favorite recipes, including one from our friend, sous vide expert and Top Chef winner Michael Voltaggio.
This Sunday, October 9, join us for Essentials of Pumpkin to get in a fall state of mind. Join us as we whip up some pumpkin-inspired fare—both savory and sweet.
