Join us for the first class in a three-part series focusing on healthy cooking techniques, fresh flavors and inspiring ideas for great meals for the whole family. In this weekend’s in-store technique classes at Williams-Sonoma, we will explore superfoods, a term used for foods that are generally low in calories but are packed full of nutrients.
We’ll teach you how to stock your pantry with healthy and delicious choices, explain simple ways to increase flavor through spices and give you recipes both kids and adults will enjoy.
- This hour-long technique class is FREE and includes tastings of prepared dishes.
- Participants enjoy 10% savings on select same-day store purchases.
- Available at all stores; class times vary by store location.
- Class size is limited so call your local store to register.
In case you missed out on any of our previous classes, don’t worry, you can download the brochures here.

Thanks for giving US the opportunity to down load the clases as I am not able to assit to them, because I live in Mexico City. Everytime I visit USA, I love to visit your stores and buy things for my house. It would be marvelous to have one of your stores here in Mexico with all of those cookware available. Happy New Year!!!! Alicia
I would love to go to this but I hear you have to stand and watch the enitre class while standing…. I am handicapped and that is such a hardship for me to do this at the Walt Whitman Mall here on route 110 on Long Island, NY. I sent my daughter to classes for me and she said it was hard on her too and that there were others leaning on the counter that were elderly … Is W/S blind? I would love to attend and be comfortable and from what my daughter saw so would others there. HELP!
