As the weather cools, everyone craves tender braised meats and vegetables with satisfying sauces. At this weekend’s in-store technique classes at Williams-Sonoma, learn how to braise correctly, including which pan to use and how to adjust a recipe if you are making it on the stove, in the oven or in an electric slow cooker. This class will also teach you how to create that slow-cooked, concentrated flavor more quickly and tell you which foods are best for braising.
