In this weekend’s in-store technique classes, we’ll teach you how to season and deep-fry a bird that emerges juicy and flavorful, with amazingly crisp skin. You’ll also learn how to quickly roast a boneless turkey and to cook one on a backyard grill. The bonus: you’ll have more room in the oven for all those tasty side dishes.
