Having a well-stocked pantry is one of the keys to successful weeknight cooking, as well as to being prepared for impromptu gatherings.
At this weekend’s in-store technique classes at Williams-Sonoma, you will find out which ingredients chefs always have on hand, including healthy items that make easy meals. In addition, you’ll learn how to “put up” some of summer’s final crop.
- This hour-long technique class is FREE and includes tastings of prepared dishes.
- Participants enjoy 10% savings on select same-day store purchases.
- Available at all stores; class times vary by store location.
- Class size is limited so call your local store to register.
In case you missed out on any of our previous classes, don’t worry, you can download the brochures here.

Anita and Thomas, if you’re not able to attend the in-store classes, check online for the PDF of everything that was covered in the session. The documents include full recipes, in addition to any tips and techniques taught. You can find them here: https://www.williams-sonoma.com/pages/technique-classes.html
The one for this Stocking the Pantry class will be added next week, so just check back to that link.
Barbara, the times for the technique classes vary from store to store, but you didn’t miss it! Most occur on Saturdays and Sundays. You can call your local store to find out exact times and register: https://www.williams-sonoma.com/customer-service/store-locator.html
Dear WS: I want to go to this class sooooo bad. Unfortunately, I care for my elderly mother and can’t get away to Nashville, TN. If I have some advance notice, I can make arrangements with my sister to watch her for the day. Could you let me know if you are at any point going to repeat this class. I also would be interested in any other classes you might offer.
Thank you,
Anita English
Is there any way you guys would consider writing an article on this? The nearest WS is 2 hours away and I can’t make that commute anytime soon :/
Sincerely,
A Lost College Student
