This weekend’s free classes aim to help you tackle the sometimes-tricky technique of sautéing with nonstick cookware, and there are ice cream sandwich making classes for the kids, too.
On Saturday, July 25, our junior chef class DIY Ice Cream Sandwiches will show kids ages 5-13 how to make delicious ice cream sandwiches from scratching using everything from homemade brownies and cookies to toppings.
On Sunday, July 26, our free technique class Nonstick Sautéing will show you how to achieve a crisp exterior and juicy interior — hallmarks of a perfect sauté — using a nonstick pan. You’ll learn to master the technique with recipes from delicate fish to seasonal vegetables.
