These jr. chef classes are a joke. I took my child to one and all the instructor did was talk about how to use the store product to make waffles and while my child was eating one of the sales people tried to talk me into buying a $200 waffle maker. The take home message for the jr. chef class is, “Don’t teach how them how to make anything from scratch, just teach them how to be good little consumers and make the parents buy them over-priced products.
