The Sous Chef Series Is Coming to Our Stores!

Have you been following our Sous Chef Series? Sign up for free, and every Monday you’ll receive a new profile of one of the country’s most exciting sous chefs, along with one of their favorite recipes, from Williams-Sonoma and Tasting Table. And now, we’re partnering with KitchenAid Pro Line® Series to bring their standout dishes to our stores.


On Saturday, September 28, Chef Titus Wang of New York City’s Delicatessen will demonstrate his Sweet-and-Sour Pork Ribs at our Columbus Circle store. He’ll use the KitchenAid Pro Line® Dicing Food Processor to make quick work of finely chopping the bell peppers and onion used in the delicious sauce. Then, the ribs are battered, flash-fried, and finally doused in a sticky sauce containing pineapple, ketchup and soy sauce.


If you’re not in New York, don’t worry — you can still see the recipe in action! Our culinary specialists will be demonstrating the ribs in stores on September 28 at 11 a.m. local time (see a list of participating locations below). One attendee will be randomly selected to win the entire Pro Line® (a $2,900 value). Stop by, watch the demo, and get inspired!
