This class sounds great. I cook all the time and I really want to go to culinary school. But I don’t want to begin there without knowing how to use a knife properly. I have this fear about cutting myself when pulling the blade towards me when peeling and I’ve never been able to curl my fingers right in the proper position to hold the knife. Will the people giving the class be able to help me with this dilemma? Thanks very much.
