Free Technique Classes: How to Grow, Cook & Eat Summer Vegetables

When they’re in season, summer vegetables grace our tables at every meal – corn, zucchini and peppers by the bushel – because the flavor of in-season produce is so amazing.

 

During this weekend’s in-store technique classes at Williams-Sonoma, we’ll show you how to prepare dishes that showcase these seasonal gems, including appetizers, salads and even a delicious dessert: Sweet Corn Ice Cream with Blackberry Coulis. We’ll also discuss the basics of selecting and storing summer vegetables, plus classic knife skills used to prep them.
