Green vegetables like kale, chard, spinach and peas are packed with vitamins and minerals and are essential for a balanced diet. Most importantly, though, they taste delicious. Here are some of our favorite ways to enjoy green veggies.

All these recipes are looking so yummy. I really want to try some of these. After-all these dishes contains the huge amount of veggies.
What happened to the recipe for the dish pictured at the top of this article? Looks like kale and chickpeas with red pepper flakes. That’s what attracted me in the first place…looks delicious. So do some of the other recipes, so thanks for those.
David, I have been making something similar for years from the Real Age website. Search on “Indian-Spiced Kale and Chickpeas.” No red pepper flakes in that recipe, but that’s easily remedied…
If you click on the 30 days, 30 ways… at the top it takes you to all the recipes including the kale and bean dish pictured.
