Tomatoes are at their prime right now, and their sweet-savory flavor offers a wealth of inspiration in the kitchen. If, like us, you’re hungry to use them in everything, then this week’s free William-Sonoma classes will help you make the most of them.
On Saturday, August 1, our junior chef class will teach kids aged 8-13 fun facts about tomatoes, along with a few delicious dishes sure to impress the rest of the family.
On Sunday, August 2, our adult technique class will highlight the use of ripe tomatoes a homemade lasagna with zucchini, herbs, ricotta, as well in a tomato sauce that can be prepared two different ways.
