On Sunday, July 1 (ET), Chef Roger Mooking is teaming up with America’s premier grilling expert, Chef Elizabeth Karmel, to revamp old-fashioned outdoor cuisine on the new show Red, White & Grill.
Their challenge: to take all of the delicious ingredients associated with American grilling and put a seasonal, contemporary and exotic spin on those dishes. Their litmus test will be satisfying the table of true Texans coming to the backyard celebration in Austin, Texas.
