I attended this class at the Preston Park location in Plano, T. It was fantastic. A good friend purchased the spiralizer for me as a birthday present back in March, and I had never used it until this past weekend. The class taught me so many various ways to eat healthy using the spiralizer. I was so inspired I came home and broke mines out and made a zucchini and asparagus dish using Williams & Sonoma’s Balsamic Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce.
I laughed to myself as I said that has got to be the most expensive pasta sauce I’ve ever purchased, but it was well worth the investment! the dish was incredibly DEEE-LICIOUS!
I look forward to attending more techniques classes. I also got to meet some incredible people who like myself, have a passion for cooking too. Great place to meet like-minded people when you are new to a city like I am.
