This fall we partnered with chef Charlie Parker and the rest of his team at Haven restaurant in Oakland to bring our Open Kitchen collection to life with a casual, spirited Friendsgiving celebration. Inspired by the Northern California harvest and the cooler season, Charlie created a menu of old favorites and new twists meant to be passed and shared.
“When we have downtime, my staff and I sit down to eat together. That’s what it’s really all about,” he says.
