Tried the cranberry orange muffins this afternoon for my neighborhood book group, and wow! What a hit! My friends cut the muffins into quarters, to make the servings bite-sized, but I think the recipe could be used to make mini muffins, too. I worried about trying mini muffins, because this recipe calls for whole (not chopped) cranberries, and I thought it might be too tart. Not so! Thank you for an excellent recipe for the holidays.
