We’ve just launched a new selection of tableware, the Restaurant Collection. The tableware, which is used exclusively in Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, is in partnership with Fortessa, a premium dinnerware, flatware, and stemware brand known for its elegant presentation and rigorous durability.
To celebrate the launch, we invited a dozen of our favorite food and lifestyle bloggers to come home to our original downtown Sonoma store, try our new collection, and sample some of wine country’s finest. Follow along below (and on Instagram with the hashtag #FindingFortessa) to get a taste.
Green Wedding Shoes captured the gorgeous grape vines during Northern California wine country’s harvest season.
Before sitting down to eat dinner, Wedding Chicks shared a glimpse of the cellar room at downtown Sonoma favorite The Girl and the Fig.
After everyone toured our downtown Sonoma store, a replica of Chuck Williams’ very first Williams-Sonoma space, Chefs’ Collective member Thomas McNaughton stopped by the downtown Sonoma store to teach everyone how to handcraft two different traditional Italian fresh filled pastas: classic agnolotti (ravioli-like folded pasta) and authentic cappelletti (pasta shaped like little hats).

Green Wedding Shoes can tell you that this is how a salumi and cheese platter’s done: with dried apricots, castelvetrano olives, ruffles of prosciutto, and four different types of cheese.
