#SaltFireWater Dinner with Ivan Ramen + Lang Baan

 

This past weekend we feasted on the enchanting cuisine of two of our favorite chefs: Chef Earl Ninsom, who runs the show at Lang Baan in Portland, OR, and Chef Ivan Orkin of NYC and Tokyo’s legendary Ivan Ramen. The two renowned chefs came together at Jacobsen Salt Co.’s headquarters for a very special dinner as part of the SALT FIRE WATER Dinner Series, presented by Williams-Sonoma Open Kitchen with ingredient sponsor New Seasons Market.  

 

Throughout the year, this event series will bring adventurous lovers of good food, drink, and community together to share exceptional culinary experiences. Here are some upcoming dinners you won’t want to miss if you are in the Portland area:
