It can be hard to remember to drink enough water during the day, but there are so many benefits to drinking 8-8oz. glasses a day. In addition to keeping your body and skin hydrated, it will also help fill you up and curb cravings, so you’ll eat when you are truly hungry. But water doesn’t have to be boring: try adding slices of lemon or cucumber to jazz it up, or make your own sparkling water with a Soda Stream. Drinking the purest, filtered water is always recommended–we like to use the SOMA Water Filter Pitcher to improve the taste and quality of our drinking water.
