At this week’s Williams-Sonoma store classes, it’ll be all about that perennial crowd-pleaser, pizza. In both our adult and Junior Chef classes, expect a face-off between classic and focaccia-style pizza. Which one’ll come out as the top pick? You’ll have to attend this weekend’s pizza classes to find out.
On Saturday, August 29, kids will have a blast rolling out the dough and topping their pizzas as they please. We’ll bake them off and dig in to the best pizza ever. In this class we’ll be featuring Golden Boy Pizza’s Sanfrancilian-style focaccia pizza. Suitable for ages 5–13.
On Sunday, August 30, our adult technique classes will focus on utilizing garden-fresh ingredients to make pizza at home. We’ll demonstrate how to prepare a classic pizza with a crisp crust as well as a focaccia-style one, as well as share tips for making a world-class pizza any night of the week.
