The best kind of summer “baking?” The kind that doesn’t require you to turn on the oven, of course! ‘Grammer @theseasidebaker concocted this smart, graham cracker crust, no-bake raspberry cheesecake. Whipped cream cheese, lemon zest and lemon juice comprise its filling. A bevy of berries on top completes the beautiful picture.

Three great things that taste great together: sweet honey, sour cherries, and yes, bourbon. It’s not a surprise coming from a woman whose Instagram handle is @bourbonandhoney. One of the smartest uses of a small cast-iron skillet is to use it for baking. We love that this presentation is pretty enough that you can just set the whole thing out on a trivet with a side of whipped cream and serve a hungry little crowd.

A dish that incorporates both of them at once. @theseasidebaker hits it out of the park again with this droolworthy mixed berry cobbler. She made individual little sweets in our Staub cocottes, which come in summery white and are ideal for single-serving deliciousness.

There are pretty pies, and then there are gorgeous pies. We can probably all agree that this is the latter. Instagrammer @acookienameddesire made genius use of our two-headed straight and fluted pastry cutter. We love that you can see the berries poking through, and love the mix of textures in the dough. Is there anything better than blueberry pie come summer?
