Thirty-five years ago, in 1981—the year the word “Internet” was first invented and before Diet Coke was an American mainstay—All-Clad introduced LTD, a cookware collection that featured an aluminum core for conductivity, a stainless-steel cooking surface for great searing and caramelization, and and a low-maintenance hard-anodized exterior that’s scratch and stain resistant.
All-Clad eventually discontinued LTD, but customers couldn’t seem to stop talking about it—so much so that All-Clad made some tweaks, and now it’s back! Today’s updated version features an elegant style update with refined lines, ergonomic rounded handles and a dishwasher-safe finish.
Want to see the new and improved collection in action? Join us in stores this Sunday, January 8 for a cooking class where we’ll teach you how to prepare a delicious meal in LTD cookware. We’ll feature recipes from James Beard Award-winning chef Gavin Kaysen. Says the chef and owner of Spoon and Stable in Minneapolis: “All-Clad LTD is my go-to line when cooking at home or in my professional kitchen. It will be an important part of my new restaurant opening, so I could not be more thrilled that it is back and better than ever.”
Wondering what makes this range so special? See what some of our customers have said about cooking with All-Clad LTD.
“The LTD collection has been my go-to over the years. Its matte finish never shows water marks, which makes it great for everyday cooking.” – Barbara Parker, Williams Sonoma customer
“After years of use, my All-Clad LTD Collection has lasted better than any other cookware I have owned. It’s so easy to clean and, being a home chef, I have better things to do than scrub the bottom of my pans!” – Stacey Withal, Williams Sonoma customer
“I’ve had my All-Clad LTD for about 20 years—it was one of the first pieces of cookware I bought when I first got my job at Williams Sonoma. I’m so happy they listened to us all and brought it back!” – Amanda Haas, Williams Sonoma Test Kitchen Director
