This weekend, we’ll be hosting a very special cooking class at our flagship Williams-Sonoma stores. Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo, the chef-owners at renowned Los Angeles restaurants Animal, Son of a Gun and Jon & Vinny’s, have created recipes specifically for cooking in our new All-Clad d3 Armor. The innovative pans feature three-ply construction of stainless steel and aluminum, plus a bonded matrix on the surface of the pan for easy release of foods.
This Sunday, April 17, learn how to make dishes like Garlic-Braised Escarole, Spicy Roasted Cauliflower with Capers and Roasted Trout with Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette, all of which shine when cooked with All-Clad d3 Armor’s outstanding heat conduction and stick-resistant surface.
