Are your prep skills feeling a little rusty? Sharpen your knife work at our free technique classes in store this weekend (and get your cutlery sharpened while you’re at it!).
On Sunday, July 9, join us to learn how to chop, slice and dice like a pro. We’ll discuss the differences between various brands and styles of knives, plus give you a chance to take each one for a test run as you practice your cutting skills. Afterwards, our culinary instructors will prepare an easy recipe using your chopped ingredients. Stick around and we’ll offer knife sharpening services (first knife is free, $5 per additional knife).
