Love Paella? Learn How to Make Bobby Flay’s Vegetarian Version This Sunday

Classes & Events, Learn

Paella—that almost mystical Spanish rice specialty that’s chewy to the bite on top and crispy on the bottom—can feel nearly impossible to perfect at home. If you’ve always wanted to master making the dish yourself, then join us this Sunday, July 16 in stores for a very special paella-making technique class.

For $30, you’ll learn all about the classic rice dish that originated in Spain’s Southern region of Valencia before becoming a globally-recognized symbol of Spanish cuisine today. With the guidance of a Williams Sonoma Culinary Specialist, you’ll prepare chef Bobby Flay’s Kale and Wild Mushroom Paella, a modern (and meat-free) twist on the classic. As a bonus: You’ll be ready to put your skills to the test when you head home with a paella pan and the recipe!

A few other things to note:

  • This class is $30 per person and includes a paella pan to take home with you.
  • Participants enjoy 10% savings on select same-day purchases (offer excludes La Cornue, Le Crueset, Mauviel, Shun, Wüsthof, Miele, Vitamix, Breville, KitchenAid Pro Line, Finex, kate spade new york and Williams Sonoma Home).
  • Class times may vary by location.
  • Class sizes are limited, so be sure to register with your local store.
